CEE 266, Construction Management

Course Description:

An overview of management and construction techniques used in engineering ventures and projects. Scheduling, estimation, construction methods, financial controls, contracts, labor relations and organizational forms. Case studies and lecturers from industry. Prerequisites CEE 202, or instructor's approval.
